How It Works

Repair comes to you, not the other way around

When your bicycle needs attention, the standard process involves loading it into a car, hauling it to a shop, leaving it for days, and making a second trip to pick it up. That process does not work for people who rely on their bike to get around.

Sukoba Dugeyo operates differently. You contact us, describe the issue, and we schedule a time that fits your day. A certified mechanic arrives with the tools and parts needed for most common repairs.

What We Fix

Common repairs handled on-site

Each service is performed at your location with professional-grade tools. No partial repairs or temporary fixes.

Flat Tire Repair

Tube replacement or patch on both road and mountain tires. Valve stem inspection included. Tire seated and inflated to correct pressure before we leave.

Brake Adjustment

Cable tension, pad alignment, and lever reach set for your riding style. Works on rim brakes and disc brakes. Rotor truing available for minor wobble.

Gear Tuning

Derailleur indexing adjusted across all gears. Cable tension and limit screw calibration. Shifting tested through full range before completion.

Full Tune-Up

Comprehensive inspection covering brakes, gears, chain wear, bolt torque, wheel truing, and bearing check. Takes 45 to 75 minutes depending on bike condition.

Chain and Drivetrain

Chain cleaning, lubrication, and replacement when wear exceeds safe threshold. Cassette and chainring assessment. Derailleur hanger alignment check.

Wheel Truing

Spoke tension adjusted to bring rim within lateral and radial tolerance. Suitable for minor to moderate wobble. Severely damaged rims require replacement.

The Process

From your message to a working bike

01

Contact Us

Send your location and describe the issue. Phone or email both work. We confirm availability and quote a flat rate based on what you need.

02

We Arrive

A mechanic comes to your address with a full toolkit. Apartment building, office, park, or trailhead — the location is your choice. We work with a portable stand.

03

Repair Performed

Work begins after you confirm the scope and price. We carry parts for most common repairs. If a part needs ordering, we communicate that clearly upfront.

04

Test and Hand Off

After the repair, we test the bike with you present. You ride it. We adjust anything that feels off. Then we hand it back, ready for the road.
